Description
This block is inserted in the Borneo-Sporenburg urban plan designed by West 8. It allows the area to reach the 100 houses per ha density required by the plan. The sloping lines of the volume offer a softer image to the city than a conventional dwelling block of this side would and allow the light to reach the majority of the apartments facing the interior courtyard.The courtyard functions as a public plaza for the neighbours . In its perimeter a series of metallic stairs climb connecting the different levels and offering a diverse range of views of the city.
