Description

The implementation of the NASP in the plot is based on respect for the natural environment. Vegetation is a fundamental element of the project. Respecting the existing Distribution Center is also crucial, which is achieved by placing the new building parallel to one of its faces.  A building with a marked horizontal character, its modulated structure maintains clear and geometric lines. Access is via a suspended walkway that starts from the car park, while a secondary walkway connects the NASP with the existing auxiliary buildings. The circulations are organised around the two large central voids, where we can find the vertical communications and green patios that are reflected in the façade.
