Description

We empty a row house with a classified heritage facade, and release the air enclosed by these ancient walls and their roof.This is a single space, articulated by floating platforms set at different levels. Several of the platforms serve as seating benches that protect and frame the space. The structure runs the full length, a filter separated from the walls on either side organizes the communication between the platforms.The house section turns on and off the visual relations of scene that changes with the personalities. The fame of the garden also varies. An annex at the rear encloses a world that is open to the air and the sky, allowing it to be sensed throughout the house while crossed experience is shared without a loss of privacy.( Description provided by RCR)
