Description

An agricultural industry for wine and champagne production, alongside vineyards and a rural building with the air of a palace. Like everything, sales are on par with production, and now the cellars have become a tourist, tasting and recreation destination. The large pavilion with its big vats - illuminated through courtyards from where every detail of the production process can be seen, from the grape reception hoppers to the dispatch of boxed bottles - shares its structure with the whole visitor area, which also includes residential areas. This pavilion is interlocked with the boundary wall between the manor house platform and the fields, running out to the limits defined by the tracks, turning into a man-made steel mesh embankment. The functional relationship between the two buildings occurs through a communications core with four levels to overcome the height difference between them.(Description provided by RCR)
